The fee for translation is usually based on a rate per 1,000 characters or words in the Source Text (the text to be translated), but where this is impractical another method may be agreed upon, such as a rate per 1,000 words produced in the Target Text, or an hourly rate. Other work, such as editing, proof-reading, copy writing, language and presentation coaching, media training, voice overs, tour guiding, interpreting and conference equipment hire, is individually priced. Terms of business, refund and cancellation terms are available upon request.
A minimum charge of £75 plus VAT* will apply to small documents of approximately 300 words or less. *(VAT at 17.5% is chargeable on all UK transactions and may also be chargeable on certain transactions within the European Union. VAT is not chargeable on sales outside the EU).
We accept payments in Pounds Sterling, US dollars and Euros. Payment can be made online by credit or debit card via PayPal, by bank transfer (details on request) or by cheque in Pounds Sterling. For credit card payments, a 3% surcharge will be applied, and a 5% surcharge for American Express card payments. Please note that we may require full or part-payment in advance for new customers.
